After working in the construction industry for three decades, Tammy Rhodes along with her husband Keith formed their business, Taylor Creek, Inc. in 2004.  They provided landscaping, excavating, and snow removal services.

With a true entrepreneurial mindset, Tammy, set out to expand their business to include traffic control services doing business as Rhodes Flagging Services.  In 2011, they began their new business venture with only one truck and one crew.  The first year was so successful that the decision was made to offer only traffic maintenance services.  In 2012 Taylor Creek, Inc. became a MBE/DBE Certified Company through MDOT.  Rhodes Flagging Services has grown substantially over the last five years and currently runs twelve crews per day and employs over 40 experienced flaggers and traffic mangers.  Our satisfied clients include general contractors, utility companies, cable companies, and more.

Our mission is to provide quality, competitively priced traffic maintenance with an emphasis on work zone safety.  Our Flaggers and Traffic Managers are certified through the state of Maryland and have undergone extensive in-house training.  Our outstanding management team has over 60 years of combined experience in the construction industry.

In late 2016, we built our sign shop and began fabricating signs.  We are dedicated to providing quality, MUTCD approved, temporary traffic signs.
